This past weekend we spend visiting John’s villa in Orlando, Florida. The villa is a beautiful vacation rental located just 10 minutes away from Disney, and within close distance to many different super markets and restaurants. The villa features plenty of rooms to sleep in, 1 King sized bed, and multiple queen sized beds as well. There is a 1 huge bathroom that has both a stand up shower and a Jacuzzi which we found was a great way to relax after a long trip to Disney World. John made our experience even better when he allowed us to use the linens for an additional fee of $50 for the weekend. All in all he was a pleasure to do business with and we really recommend staying there next time you visit Orlando, not to mention it saved us a few hundred dollars.
Initially we started doing a search for a hotel that was within close proximity to Disney World, to our dismay we were over our budget really fast. The first of the two hotels wanted $900 and the second one was requesting that we take two rooms since we were planning on visiting with two families. They proceeded to quote us for $600 for each family, absolutely above our allocated budget. We intended not to spend more then $750-850 per family for the weekend. He was planning on doing a deep full cleaning anyway, which worked out in our favor. All in all we really had a great time in the house, and its surrounding activities. John you really went above and beyond to accommodate us and we really appreciate all that you have done. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which was a huge help to cool them off after a day in the park.
